I specialise in rental property depreciation schedules and can orgainise an inspection nearly anywhere in Australia.
I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 21 years experience within the Quantity Surveying Profession. My experience has been gained predominately via working for the major Quantity Surveying companies in the UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.
I am Evolution Accountants tax depreciation specialist and have been involved with the ATO reaching new rulings in regards to legislation. In addition, I undertake training sessions and seminars for Real Estate Agents, Developers and other professionals to help them understand about tax depreciation and investment properties.
In addition to my work history above I have extensive business knowledge and have a few successful business built from the ground up. I also am co-author of “The Path to Success”
